Shipping and tracking

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Free shipping with no minimum order applies to all countries except Iceland (IS), Norway (NO), Cyprus (CY), Lebanon (LB), Puerto Rico (PR), Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI).

What does shipping cost to those seven destinations?

For IS, NO, CY, LB, PR, AK and HI, shipping is €100 per item with Fast Shipping (UPS/DHL Express/FedEx), estimated at 5-7 days after dispatch plus preparation time.

How can I track my order?

Bulbs and installation

Are the lights dimmable?

E27, E14 and G9 sockets work with a dimmable bulb and compatible dimmer. For integrated LEDs, check the product page for the dimmable version.

Which voltage should I choose?

Check the voltage shown on the product page for your delivery country and contact us before ordering if you are unsure.

How should I install a light?

Switch off the power and use a qualified electrician. Schedule installation only after the parcel arrives and has been checked.
